About the Role

This full-time position requires strong technical skills and a customer-centric approach. As the primary technical liaison for customers, you will ensure successful integration and implementation of the ArcSpan AMS Platform and audience tools suite.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating with advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, The Trade Desk, Xandr, LiveRamp, or similar. You will also be responsible for leading technical onboarding and training for new customers, providing best practices for data ingestion, activation, and audience monetization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, ensuring successful integration and implementation of the ArcSpan AMS Platform and audience tools suite.
  2. Lead technical onboarding and training for new customers, providing best practices for data ingestion, activation, and audience monetization.
  3. Partner with Customer Success teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
  4. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into actionable product improvements and feature requests.
  5. Work closely with external AdTech and MarTech partners—including ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, clean rooms, and other custom data and identity partners—to support seamless data activation and audience targeting.
  6. Develop and document integration best practices, implementation guides, and technical playbooks for internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends in data privacy, identity resolution, AI/LLM solutions, and audience monetization to advise customers on best-in-class solutions.
