Assisting the Head of Operations

In order to ensure smooth factory operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily routine tasks, including pool car management and security issues
  • Deal with government departments, such as the police and labor department
  • Oversee the maintenance of company assets and janitorial staff
  • Verify fuel consumption reports and monitor diesel levels
  • Maintain a record of company vehicles and their service history
  • Supervise carpentry and civil works projects
  • Attend to worker complaints regarding transportation

Requirements: strong personality, good interpersonal skills, experience in similar role in a factory, ability to motivate team members, effective report writing and communication skills, punctuality and regularity.
