  • Monitor driver behavior and punctuality to maintain high standards.
  • Manage accounts, invoicing, and fleet data updates with precision.
  • Maintain accurate stock/inventory levels and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs through proactive compliance enforcement.
  • Generate performance and compliance reports to inform business decisions.
  • Respond to emails professionally and effectively communicate with the UK team and drivers.
  • Utilize Google Docs, MS Office, and cloud-based systems to streamline tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations/logistics/admin roles.
  • Fluent English and Urdu language skills with excellent email and phone etiquette.
  • Reliable, honest, and proactive individual with strong people skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office, and reporting tools.
