Job Title: Assistant Manager CS

The Assistant Manager will form a team that is driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This person will lead and manage the daily operations of the center, including setting customer service targets and planning areas of improvement or development. The Customer Support Manager will report to the Head of Site and the Global Customer Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Performance Management: Oversee the daily operations of the support center, set and meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality. Analyze and report KPI figures on a weekly and monthly basis to achieve daily quantitative targets and service levels.
  2. Team Management: Organize staffing, including shift patterns and staff numbers to meet demand. Review staff performance, identify training needs, and plan training sessions. Prepare rosters for support center teams, coach, motivate, and retain staff. Coordinate bonus, reward, and incentive schemes, maintain agent leave logs, and plan for emergency situations.
  3. Quality Assurance: Monitor random reviews and customer support emails to improve quality, minimize errors, and track operative performance. Conduct mystery calls, analyze results, record statistics, user rates, and performance levels. Prepare reports, handle complex customer complaints, follow up on activities, and share team workloads.
Requirements:

Must be an Angolan or Portuguese National. Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Portuguese language. At least two years of work experience in customer services, preferably in contact centers. Work experience in Angola is required.
