Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization as a Senior Analyst.

This role is crucial in ensuring effective governance, compliance, optimization, and strategic utilization of software assets across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring deep licensing expertise, hands-on technical knowledge, and a process-oriented mindset to drive maximum value from our software investments.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide the SAM team in managing the complete software lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of licensing models and agreements for leading software vendors.
  • Streamline and enforce SAM processes to enhance asset visibility and resource efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives for license optimization and remediation across the IT landscape.
  • Define and standardize reporting templates and dashboards to monitor publisher compliance, license usage, and risk.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Software Asset Management.
  • Proficient in IT infrastructure, virtual/cloud environments, software licensing models, and license optimization.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
  • Hands on experience in ServiceNow SAM tool and processes.
  • Exposure to cloud licensing models and SaaS subscription management.
