Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled procurement professional to lead the development of tender documents and manage procurement processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our organization's procurement operations and secure the best resources and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and manage tender documents and procurement processes to ensure alignment with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize costs and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee supplier relationships, performance, and compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain optimization.
  • Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in all procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills – Written & Verbal (English)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and good computer skills.
  • Good email drafting skills.
  • An excellent team player and able to work well under pressure.
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
