As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales team performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Job Overview

Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, identifying opportunities to grow business and expand our market reach through effective communication and strategic planning.

You will conduct regular site visits with your designated Territory Sales Officer/Territory Sales Manager to assess progress, provide guidance, and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely fulfillment of monthly targets by analyzing sales data and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Oversee the sales team's structure and operations, ensuring seamless communication, reporting, and collaboration among team members.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing sales team members through targeted training, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with line managers to assign tasks, drive team productivity, and ensure alignment with company goals.
