About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a collections specialist. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

The selected individual will be responsible for monitoring termed accounts, assessing collection efforts, and reviewing customer payment history. They will also handle client inquiries, resolve disputes, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

Additionally, the successful candidate will generate reports tracking collections performance, analyze data for improvement in collection strategies, and communicate clearly with clients about payment terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and assess termed accounts, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Generate reports on collections performance, analyzing data to optimize strategies and drive results.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and conditions, documenting all interactions and collection efforts accurately.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role related to collections, preferably in SaaS collections and Quote-to-Cash.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, as well as Zuora/Salesforce/Collections software.
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred, but not required.
