Key Responsibilities

The Asset Maintenance Coordinator plays a vital role in managing asset maintenance work-orders, ensuring their execution and completion. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Maintain office filing and recordkeeping systems, including data entry, editing, and retrieval related to expenditures, employee timesheets, and other essential documents.

Produce correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and meeting agendas, as well as prepare pamphlets, manuals, and proofread documents for accuracy.

  • Maintain records of goods receiving, payment releases, and contract documents, and follow up with relevant departments.
  • Assist in preparing monthly utility bills for the Power Plant and perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • Education: Preferably a graduate in IT or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in manufacturing or service organizations.
  • Familiarity with asset maintenance management software.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, office supplies management, photocopying, faxing, and document shredding.
