Business Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Territory Manager. You will be responsible for leading a field sales team to deliver sales strategies and achieve annual targets in Quetta.
You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver on activation and reporting against key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to manage and motivate the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an annual business unit plan to deliver channel revenue KPIs and targets.
- Manage winning customer relationships and facilitate best-in-industry execution of categories.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including account teams, category managers, and customer finance, to provide optimal returns across the area.
- Fully understand category insights and coach the team in the use of category tools to engage customers and make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
- Perseverance and attention to detail.
