Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team in Quetta as a Field Sales Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a field sales team to deliver sales strategies and achieve annual targets.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver on activation and reporting against key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to manage and motivate the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an annual business unit plan to deliver channel revenue KPIs and targets.
  • Manage winning customer relationships and facilitate best-in-industry execution of categories.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including account teams, category managers, and customer finance, to provide optimal returns across the area.
  • Fully understand category insights and coach the team in the use of category tools to engage customers and make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
  • Perseverance and attention to detail.
