**Job Title:** Training Development Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Training Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing various training programs for our customer support teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing training programs, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver training material through meetings, LMS, and hands-on methods.

In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team and Customer Experience managers to assess and facilitate training needs. You will also present training material through regularly scheduled meetings with the full team and provide hands-on training to new hires through LMS, mock calls, and live tickets in both departments.
