ERP Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP transformation specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing business-critical systems for clients around the world, shaping enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation projects from analysis to deployment, and working on exciting integrations across retail, finance, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements across departments.
  • Configure and deploy Odoo standard modules: Accounting, POS, and other relevant features.
  • Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML.
  • Build custom fields, models, reports, and business workflows.
  • Integrate third-party APIs like payment gateways and external platforms.
  • Handle deployments using Git and Odoo.sh or other hosting environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience with Odoo as both a Functional Consultant and Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business processes.
  • Experience with Odoo v14 or newer (Enterprise preferred).
  • Comfortable working with Git and Linux server environments.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
