AI Integration Expert

We are seeking a proactive and versatile professional to work with us at Pak. The role involves integrating cutting-edge AI solutions into our business operations and developing a custom GPT system linked with SAP to automate workflows and enhance productivity.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about leveraging AI to optimize business processes and create innovative solutions for internal and external use. The specialist will also focus on connecting all possible business functions with AI to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Custom GPT System Development: Design, build, and refine a custom GPT system to automate tasks such as bank reconciliation, data summarization, and financial reporting.
  2. Integrate the GPT system with SAP modules (e.g., FICO, inventory management, and production planning).
  3. Enable natural language queries for SAP data access and insights.
  4. AI Integration and Automation: Automate repetitive business processes (e.g., inventory tracking, reporting, and order management).
  5. Research and implement AI tools like OpenAI, TensorFlow, or RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Zapier).
  6. Create intuitive dashboards and generate real-time business insights using AI analytics.
  7. Collaboration and Optimization: Collaborate with the founder to brainstorm AI-based solutions and prioritize projects.
  8. Conduct testing and optimize AI tools for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  9. Train team members on using AI-driven systems to ensure smooth adoption.
  10. Market Research and Scalability: Research AI applications and best practices in footwear manufacturing and SAP integration.
  11. Identify scalable solutions to commercialize AI systems for other businesses and industries.
  12. End-to-End AI Integration: Identify all potential areas within the business that can benefit from AI integration, including supply chain, customer interactions, and production workflows.
  13. Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to connect and optimize various functions, creating a fully integrated AI ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Python and API integrations (experience with OpenAI API is a plus).
  2. Familiarity with SAP modules and tools like OData or SAP BTP.
  3. Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, UiPath, or Make (formerly Integromat).
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
  6. A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.

Bonus Skills:

  1. Experience in AI applications for manufacturing (e.g., predictive maintenance, quality control).
  2. Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
