About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Abacus. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing international customer service inquiries over the phone and email.
You will work closely with our clients to identify and assess their needs, providing effective solutions to achieve customer satisfaction.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good communication skills (English)
