Job Description

The Senior Enablement Business Partner plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who qualify inbound leads. Key responsibilities include creating thorough ongoing training plans to boost SDR performance, working closely with sales management and other enablement teams to spot performance areas for improvement, and evaluating the effect of efforts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ramp-up time evaluations are used to measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs. Collaboration with sales leadership is essential to identify performance gaps and create focused training solutions.

Training programs must be designed and executed to ensure rapid proficiency in product knowledge and sales processes among new SMB SDRs. Continuous training roadmaps are developed to enhance SDR skills and performance in inbound lead qualification.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales enablement or sales training, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering onboarding and continuous training programs for sales development teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales performance data and identify training needs.
  • Strong understanding of inbound sales processes and best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems.
  • Proven experience in working with multiple teams and stakeholders, as well as designing and delivering engaging virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops.
