We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Upwork Strategist / Bidder to lead our international sales strategy.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success on Upwork, with expertise in crafting winning proposals for web development, custom software, and mobile app projects.


This role involves strategizing bidding to attract high-value clients across the US, UK, UAE, and EU markets, while managing and optimizing our Upwork profile(s) to maintain Top Rated / Top Rated Plus / Expert-Vetted status.


Key responsibilities include collaborating with technical teams to deliver proposals that are both technically sound and client-focused.


The successful candidate will be up-to-date with Upwork algorithm changes, trends, and buyer behaviors.


A key requirement is presenting verifiable proof of Upwork success, including past contracts, earnings, and communication samples.


As a fast-growing IT company delivering scalable and custom web, mobile, and SaaS solutions globally, we are looking for a results-driven mindset with analytical thinking and CRM knowledge.


Additionally, this role requires working closely with our development and marketing teams at our Karachi office in North Nazimabad.
