Job Description

This role is for a Sales Territory Manager who will lead our South region. We are seeking a professional to drive sales across all relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop strategic territory sales plans aligned with national objectives.
  • Negotiate business development agreements with distributors and retail partners.
  • Expand the distributor network for effective coverage and return on investment.
  • Regularly review distributor performance to ensure compliance with company policies and achievement of KPIs.
  • Ensure impactful point-of-buy execution and maintain brand presence through channel-specific plans.
  • Lead, coach, and develop field sales teams and distributor sales representatives.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitive activities and provide actionable feedback.
  • Ensure efficient stock management at distributor and retail levels.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for alignment and smooth business operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Prior experience in territory/area sales management, distributor handling, and team leadership is essential.
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, trade marketing, and distribution management.
  • Knowledge of retail dynamics across General Trade, Wholesale, and Modern Trade.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Quetta or surrounding areas.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
