Senior Construction Project Manager - Civil Engineering Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of various infrastructure projects.

About the Job:

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing multiple civil engineering projects from planning to completion. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project plans, including cost estimates, timelines, and resource allocation
  2. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project designs meet requirements and specifications
  3. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to mitigate risks
  4. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
  5. Evaluate project materials and recommend alternatives when necessary
  6. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process
  7. Prepare reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering projects, preferably in a senior management role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
