Construction Project Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work, adhering to safety guidelines, and effectively managing teams of construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire construction process, from planning to completion.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of construction professionals, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople.
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of all work completed by the team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, milestones, and issues.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize project risks and optimize resources.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and ability to work at heights.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid visa documentation (optional).
