**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Expert to join our team at ibex. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Record and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns.
  • Promote a positive customer experience, striving for First Contact Resolution (FCR) whenever possible.

**Requirements:**

  • Intermediate/Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
