**Job Summary**
We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Expert to join our team at ibex. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Record and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns.
- Promote a positive customer experience, striving for First Contact Resolution (FCR) whenever possible.
**Requirements:**
- Intermediate/Bachelor's degree or above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
