We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to lead our Human Resource function and drive organizational growth.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

About the Job

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading recruitment and selection, designing and implementing HR policies and SOPs, driving performance management, and overseeing employee engagement and recognition programs.

You will also provide strategic HR business partnering to management for organizational goals, handle grievance management, and manage employee training and development.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and modern HR tools.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
