About the Position

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Officer. This position is responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory records.

  1. The ideal candidate will optimize delivery routes and manage inventory levels, collaborating with logistics providers as needed.
  2. They will also be responsible for monitoring and resolving operational issues, improving daily operations through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

  4. The successful candidate will respond promptly to in-transit damages or shortages, ensuring timely closure of open orders.
  5. They may seek guidance from logistics managers for inventory-related issues.
  6. Additionally, they will oversee warehouse capacity, leading continuous improvement initiatives to prevent capacity issues.
  7. Performance evaluation and deployment of new contracts monthly will be key responsibilities.
  8. Opportunities to enhance efficiency and implement cost-saving measures will be identified and implemented.
Required Skills and Qualifications
