  • This position requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead program implementation in developing countries.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program strategies to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, governments, and NGOs.
  • Lead teams of program staff to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate program progress, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments.
  • Contribute to the development of new program proposals and grant applications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Masters degree in public health, international development, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years experience in program design and evaluation, with a minimum of one year in developing countries or resource-constrained environments.
  • Familiarity with international humanitarian operations and coordination structures.
  • Cross-cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in diverse settings.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
