Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Seeking a seasoned account manager with a strong track record in services-based solution selling. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through strategic relationship development and sales of complex service solutions.

  • Independently develop and execute sales strategies to successfully close services and solutions opportunities.
  • Lead bid responses, tenders, RFPs, and work with teams to submit timely proposals.

This is a high-impact role requiring consultative sales expertise, technical fluency, and strong business acumen.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Position and sell service solutions across multiple verticals, including:
    • Cybersecurity: vulnerability assessment, digital forensics, governance risk compliance, and security operations center solutions.
    • Automation: DevOps, DevSecOps, bespoke consulting, and proprietary products (MonetX, GreenX, SupportX).
    • Managed Services: end-to-end IT helpdesk, network operations center, and security operations center solutions.
  • Develop proactive account planning and pipeline development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, technical pre-sales, and delivery teams to tailor solutions that address client pain points.
