We are now actively recruiting a Business Development Executive with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing. You will be responsible for creating interest in products and services, generating new business leads, conducting web-based demonstrations, developing customer relationships, and driving new business within an assigned territory.

Accountability Matrix
  1. Create interest in products and services and generate new business leads.
  2. Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  3. Generate new leads through Networking, LinkedIn, technical communities, forum postings, and other online sources.
  4. Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  5. Meet monthly KPIs and targets.
  6. Execute a consultative sales strategy and manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
  7. Update prospect interactions and statuses in CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
Requirements and Expectations

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a business or related field.
  2. Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  3. A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets.
  4. A passion for driving the sales process including prospecting, lead generation, contact, presentation, relationship building, negotiating, and closing.
  5. Ability to work independently and develop plans to help the company achieve its goals.
  6. Exceptional communication skills.
  7. High level of enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and high self-motivation.
  8. Fast learner with a background in IT preferred.
