We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our Education Team and Facilities Administrator, ensuring the overall success and effective daily operations of the centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving programs through the lens of our mission statement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate, redevelop and create lesson plans for all current and future programs;
  • Seek out professional development and networking opportunities throughout the year;
  • Serve as a liaison and spokesperson for the Education Team by reporting directly to management;
  • Support development and delivery of holiday programs and camps in coordination with educators;
Requirements

  • A preferred degree in Science, Education or a similar field;
  • Friendly, energetic and welcoming nature;
  • Working knowledge of current education trends;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate and contribute as an integral part of a small team;
