- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on the software or tech sales industry.
- Proven success in generating leads, acquiring clients, and closing high-value contracts, particularly in the US and Canadian markets.
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and other business development platforms for effective outreach and lead management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build trust and establish credibility with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
