Job Opportunity: Executive Director of Global Sales and Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts for the export of solar panels in European and American markets. This position involves overseeing the development and implementation of global sales and marketing strategies, expanding our sales network, and coordinating product development according to market trends and customer demand.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Market Expansion: Identify new sales opportunities in Europe and America, and develop strategies to increase market share.
  2. Sales and Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive annual sales and marketing plan, monitor progress, and report on achievements regularly.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  4. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and develop new products that meet market demands and customer needs.
  5. Advertising and Brand Management: Oversee all advertising, publicity, and brand management efforts to enhance the company's image and reputation.
  6. Team Performance: Evaluate the performance of the sales and marketing team members, provide coaching and training, and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and direct the sales and marketing team.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Ability to identify new trends in the market and design sales strategies and campaigns to respond to them.
  • Cost-Effective Strategies: Ability to design competitive and cost-effective strategies to maximize returns on investment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with people at all levels within the company and externally.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and make informed decisions.
