Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business venture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our ERP and accounting platforms, leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and business development. You will work closely with our product development and consulting teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions and support product roadmap enhancements based on customer and market feedback.

A successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of ERP systems, market dynamics, client requirements, and SaaS sales strategies. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling pitches and proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Sales and Marketing:** Proven track record in B2B sales, negotiation, and contract management; excellent client handling, stakeholder communication, and consultative sales skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in sales-cycle and pre-sales activities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud-based ERP architecture and subscription models (SaaS); understanding of ERP modules (GL, AP/AR, Payroll, Inventory, CRM, Projects, etc.).
