Job Title: Core Banking Program Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the implementation of our core banking program, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in functional design, testing, and quality assurance.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE and demonstrate strong analytical skills to break down complex issues and identify effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your technical knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of system requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze and resolve technical defects to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in core banking application implementation or functional consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE, FCUBS V11.x to 14.x versions.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC process and software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital core transformation experience is an added advantage.
