Lead Educator Position">

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on the role of Lead Educator in our educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality teaching resources, providing support and guidance to teachers, and evaluating student progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of Teaching Resources: Develop an overall vision for subjects and grade levels by examining international curricula and best practices to create a subject framework and progression grid.
  • Teacher Support and Culture: Conduct weekly planning meetings with teachers to work through schemes of studies and provide support in lesson planning.
  • Teacher Supervision and Evaluation: Ensure reflection logs are maintained and evaluate for quality, ensure topics as taught are accurate, and conduct regular observations of teachers.
  • Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation: Maintain detailed records of training activities, teacher support, and program evaluations, and prepare regular reports on student progress.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a master's degree and formal teaching qualification.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of teaching experience in related subjects, with a background in providing professional development and support to other educators.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of curriculum and instructional strategies, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to design and implement effective training programs, and proficiency in educational technology and resource management.
