Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of ERP software. They will be able to effectively manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and work under pressure to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers using ERP software through phone, remote desktop support, and email.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding software functionality and provide guidance on software usage.
- Create and maintain customer support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Continuously improve customer support processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using remote desktop support tools and CRM software.
- Familiarity with ERP software and its functionalities.
- Basic SQL knowledge for problem solution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
