Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate, Channels Tech Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in helping them understand product functionalities and data delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Basic knowledge of Web Service APIs and SQL.
  • Understanding of Operating Systems and programming languages like C#/Java/Python.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability to change.
  • Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resourcefulness skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, deepening product knowledge, and suggesting usability and quality improvements.

You will also be expected to collaborate with development teams to craft client-focused solutions, communicate client needs effectively with product and account teams, and conduct UAT with independent judgment.
