Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our custom clearance business in the South region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans leveraging market analysis to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in custom clearance services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty driving customer retention.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless delivery of custom clearance services and effective client problem resolution.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends competitor activities and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals quotations and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with clients to optimize profitability while meeting their needs and expectations.
- Provide regular sales forecasts reports and updates to senior management highlighting achievements challenges and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain & Marketing or relevant field.
8-10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
