Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including exporters, shipping lines, and international agents to foster collaboration and build a robust client base.
  • Achieve a gross profit of at least 3 times the monthly salary by identifying and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a substantial portfolio of potential customers for the company. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Coordinate with operations, customer service, and documentation teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Mentor junior sales staff, sharing industry knowledge and best practices to improve overall team performance.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Essential Experience:

5-7 years experience in sales within the shipping and logistics industry.
