This pivotal position plays a key role in fostering business expansion through strategic partnerships and lead generation. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential leads, crafting compelling email marketing campaigns, building prospect lists, collaborating with marketing teams, nurturing prospects, monitoring campaign performance, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and representing the organization professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify potential leads via various outbound tools and platforms.
  • Develop and execute personalized email marketing campaigns with clear call-to-actions.
  • Build comprehensive prospect lists using advanced filtering and segmentation techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outbound efforts with content and brand strategies.
  • Nurture prospects through structured CRM pipelines, analyzing metrics and optimizing accordingly.
  • Stay informed about B2B outreach trends, tools, and AI-driven solutions to refine your approach.
  • Arrange intro calls and demos for founders and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization professionally in all communications, tailoring messages to C-levels, founders, and decision-makers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales, preferably in software or tech environments.
  • A solid understanding of LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and lead nurturing funnels.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hunter.io, Apollo, Snov.io, Salesloft, Lusha, or similar.
  • Strong written communication skills with a knack for writing persuasive, personalized messages.
  • The ability to manage and optimize campaigns using data and KPIs.
  • A self-starter mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, EU, MENA).
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical terminology.
  • Experience using AI-based tools for email or content personalization.
  • Has built or managed sales sequences with A/B testing and automated follow-ups.
  • Must have experience in sales funnel management.
