About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to drive growth and retention for our key clients.

Responsibilities
  • Account Service Delivery: Manage account services through quality checks and follow-ups to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
  • Critical Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Tactical Sales Strategy: Establish sales strategies to achieve targets as assigned by management, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
  • Business Development: Work with vendors to introduce new services and identify new features/business tools that meet client needs.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Contribution to Business Goals: Contribute to Business Development, wholesale Business key account Management, routing strategies, and traffic/revenues/cost analysis.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management and Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Information Technology and Services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
