We are looking for an experienced Client Acquisition and Retention Manager to join NXT Labs' team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as maintaining existing relationships.

About the Role:

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the BPO and staffing sectors through various channels.

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing plans that support sales goals.

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Represent the company professionally at all times, including during client interactions and sales presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management best practices.
