We are looking for an experienced Client Acquisition and Retention Manager to join NXT Labs' team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as maintaining existing relationships.
About the Role:
Identify and acquire new clients in the BPO and staffing sectors through various channels.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing plans that support sales goals.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Represent the company professionally at all times, including during client interactions and sales presentations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management best practices.
