
B2B Sales Lead

Right Solution is seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Lead to drive business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining relationships, closing deals, and achieving target-driven results, specifically in SaaS and PaaS platforms.
Job Responsibilities- Research and establish relationships with potential B2B partners in the US market.
- Deliver results in a target-oriented, high-performance role focused on closing deals.
- Develop strategies for B2B integration and White Label models, ensuring seamless integration solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
- Strengthen and grow existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, and ensure mutual goals are achieved.
- Track, measure, and present business development metrics and partner performance.
- Proven experience as a Sales Lead in B2B SaaS and PaaS platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Experience with integration models and White Label solutions is a plus.
- Package: up to 150,000 to 180,000 per month.
- Conveyance allowance/pick and drop.
- Family medical insurance.
- Annual bonus.
- Uncapped Commission.
- Paid annual leaves.
- Evening Shift: 7PM – 3AM.
