Right Solution is seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Lead to drive business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining relationships, closing deals, and achieving target-driven results, specifically in SaaS and PaaS platforms.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Research and establish relationships with potential B2B partners in the US market.
  2. Deliver results in a target-oriented, high-performance role focused on closing deals.
  3. Develop strategies for B2B integration and White Label models, ensuring seamless integration solutions.
  4. Lead contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
  5. Strengthen and grow existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, and ensure mutual goals are achieved.
  6. Track, measure, and present business development metrics and partner performance.
Skills Required
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Lead in B2B SaaS and PaaS platforms.
  2. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  4. Experience with integration models and White Label solutions is a plus.
Compensation
  1. Package: up to 150,000 to 180,000 per month.
  2. Conveyance allowance/pick and drop.
  3. Family medical insurance.
  4. Annual bonus.
  5. Uncapped Commission.
  6. Paid annual leaves.
  7. Evening Shift: 7PM – 3AM.
