About the Role: As a Sales Specialist at Intermark Products, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading the Lubricant portfolio. This involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and negotiating deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth for lubricants and greases.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate Deals: Negotiate deals and contracts to ensure favorable terms and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the oil & gas, shipping, or power sector with a proven track record in sales or business development.
  3. Selling and Negotiation Skills: Strong selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close high-value deals.
  4. Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients at various levels.
  5. Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple clients and projects effectively.
  6. Relationship Building: Keen ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships.
