Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in the PV market.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Partnership Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, EPC companies, and installers.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the photovoltaic industry.
  • Networking: Established connections within the PV sector, including distributors, EPC companies, and installers.
  • Linguistic Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Motivation: High level of self-motivation, with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
