
Sales and Business Development Manager

Description: We are seeking a seasoned sales and business development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and potential clients, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives that support sales goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance, progress against targets, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Must have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Possess a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation, with a willingness to take calculated risks and innovate.
Skills and Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
