We are a consortium of more than 35 Registered Migration agents and over 28 branches in Australia. We have also garnered international reach by establishing branches in the UAE and Hong Kong. We are looking for global expansion and Lahore is on our maps

We are seeking ambitious professionals with prior experience in a similar role within the immigration/education consultancy industry. This is an opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, where your success will be tied to achieving aggressive targets and earning substantial bonuses.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Collaborate with primary decision makers and gain an understanding of business goals and operational style.
  • Direct all operational aspects including acquisition of premises, initial branch set-up, human resources, administration, and sales.
  • Liaise with primary decision-makers and external stakeholders to ensure the organization's processes remain legally compliant.
  • Drive growth by enrolling students in Australia, the UK, and other countries as required.
  • Engage in providing high-quality education and visa advice.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions and universities.
  • Oversee day-to-day affairs of the organization and assist with supervision and training of staff.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for employees as they generate leads.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Job Specification

To be successful you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in an education and visa consulting role.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of business development strategies.
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets.
