Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate qualifications by reviewing resumes effectively.
  • Administer skills assessments, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process, extending job offers, negotiating compensation as needed, and maintaining accurate recruitment records using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism is critical in this position.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
