Network and Cybersecurity Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Network and Security Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure and security strategies. In this role, you will oversee the development of secure and scalable networks, ensuring high availability of services, including LAN/WAN, wireless, and cloud connectivity.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale production networks and security projects, with minimal downtime and limited impact on systems and applications. They will possess strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, MPLS, VPN, VoIP, SD-WAN, and cloud networking.

  • Develop and execute strategies for network equipment lifecycle management.
  • Oversee the deployment of network infrastructure for new locations.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust, secure, resilient, and scalable network infrastructure.
  • Ensure high availability of network services.
  • Plan and manage IT budgets for corporate assets.
  • Monitor system performance and provide capacity planning.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Prepare documentation for network projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand technology direction and align security capabilities.
  • Build relationships with key vendors to enhance and upgrade the current environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in network operations, design, project implementation, security infrastructure & communications, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Expert knowledge of routing protocols, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP.
  • Experience with network security technologies, such as NGFWs, IDS/IPS, DNS & URL Filtering, ACV, and encryption.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, NSE) and information/cyber security training/certifications (ISO27001, CISSP).
