Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an experienced Retail Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Retail Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving RE Strategy in each state and working closely with Consumer Marketing to initiate / implement brand strategy in relevant states / RE's.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of overall experience including 2+ years of frontline sales, with a strong understanding of specific geo/ branch. They will be able to analyze market share and ND/WD/internal data points/ITT/STT figures to arrive at the optimum strategy for CP in that state w.r.t. to category growth & share growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing communication plans for Field team, RE's and Key large customers
  • SUCCESSFUL EXECUTION OF RE-WISE ACTIVATIONS THAT ARE PLANNED
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH REGIONAL MANAGERS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES AND ACTIONING GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGIES
