We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales to join our team in east central Indiana.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and foster strategic partnerships with key customers.
  • Collaborate across departments to optimize product development, pricing, promotion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales processes, compensation plans, and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to inform executive team decisions.
  • Represent NATIONAL TELEPHONE CO-OP ASSN at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent leadership experience in business development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Valid driver's license required.
