Operations Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to take charge of our service operations. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Main Objectives

  1. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective service operations management.
  2. Lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and problem resolution.
  3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  6. Provide timely and accurate MIS reports to inform business decisions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent degree.
  • At least 3-4 years experience in operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
