About the Job:

Motive empowers its customers with tools to enhance work efficiency, productivity, and profitability. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for issues and questions about Motive's platform.

You will provide premium assistance via calls and emails, while also defining support processes and collaborating with our team to develop and scale the Technical Support function.

  • Email, Chat, and Voice Support - Respond to inbound inquiries during business hours
  • Customer Service Analysis - Gather customer support requests and relay findings to the product and engineering teams
  • System Evaluation - Evaluate existing tools and develop new ones to enable the support function to grow
Key Requirements:
  • Natural ability to empathize with users
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Native or bilingual spoken and written English skills
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts
